Suron Ki Mehfil: A Night of Ghazals & Bollywood Songs
Join us for a fantastic live show featuring popular North East artists, Kamalbir Singh and Priti Kaur performing ghazals and popular Bollywood songs. The evening will offer a tribute to famous Indian ghazal singer, Jagjit Singh, and his wife Chitra Singh. Kamalbir Singh is a well-known name in the field of Indian classical music and ghazals singing. Having toured internationally, Singh has performed at many famous venues including the Royal Albert Hall, Barbican Centre, Ronnie Scott's, Glastonbury festival and most recently in the Royal Festival Hall with Pop legend, Paul Weller. Priti Kaur's highlights of her stage career include singing with the prestigious City Of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and at the Commonwealth Games in 2022. Having a degree in Hindustani classical vocal music with distinction from the renowned Khairagarh University, Priti is a winner of SA RE GA MA Punjabi sing
