Young Company 26/27 Term 1

Are you passionate about theatre and ready to take the next step in your creative journey? Our Young Company is designed for aspiring performers aged 16–25 who want to develop their skills, explore new theatre-making techniques, and gain experience performing on a professional stage. Led by industry professionals, each session combines advanced actor training with collaborative creative projects, helping participants build confidence, refine their craft, and develop valuable skills for further training, auditions, and future careers in the arts. As a member of the Young Company, you'll have the opportunity to create ambitious work, connect with like-minded artists, and perform alongside Reading Rep's professional programme.
