Disco-cise

Discocise! Dancercise with Anna as you know it, but turned up a notch. Join us on Wednesday 12th February for the first ever Dancercise collaboration! If you’ve been to one of Anna’s classes before, you know the score; a low pressure, fun, supportive and silly environment where you’re encouraged to lose all inhibitions and simply dance like no one is watching. It’s a space to freely move your body with your friends and enjoy a workout that truly doesn’t feel like exercise! The playlists are a huge part of Dancercise classes, and so here’s the fun part: Reuben, Riverside’s resident DJ, will be mixing the tracks and DJ’ing live during class. Held in the River Room with lighting, a live DJ and optional drinks at the end of class, this collaboration promises to be the workout of the year. Bring a friend and enjoy a mid week party at Riverside!
