Team Viking
Ten years ago my friend Tom died of heart cancer, his last wish was to be given a viking funeral. Team Viking is the remarkable, hilarious and heart-lifting story of how James managed to give his best mate the send-off he wanted. Team Viking premiered at Edinburgh Fringe in 2016 and has gone on to tour the uk and internationally playing over 300 times worldwide. I’m delighted to be bringing it to the Traverse ten years ago after its debut. A comic ode to death, friendship and the beautiful absurdity of life.
