The epic true story of Sergiu Celibidache, following the legendary composer from a childhood spent under his father’s draconian authority, through to adulthood as he masters his craft in Berlin. However, his greatest struggle emerges at the outbreak of war. With the world collapsing around him, Sergiu must evade death and starvation to cement his place in the world of classical music, but risks being torn apart by a relentless pursuit for perfection that could overshadow his legacy forever. Directed by Sergiu's son, Serge Ioan Celibidache, this uniquely personal tale of family, duty and dreams
