Autumn is a time of change. For gathering what we’ve grown, nourishing what we want to keep, letting go of what has run its course and making space for what comes next. MOVING THROUGH // AUTUMN is a four-part sensory immersion for women- a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself.
