An uplifting, social dance class for grown ups and babies in slings (0–1s) to move, bond, and connect. This relaxed session blends movement, music, and rhythm with time to chat and meet other parents in a welcoming, supportive space. No dance experience needed—just come as you are. Babies from 8 weeks and onwards are warmly invited to join in the fun. Parents, please ensure you’ve had your 6-8 week check-up with your GP before participating in the class.
