Push your limits with complex movement phrases, refine your technique, and elevate your performance in a focused, supportive environment. The class begins with a dynamic warm-up to prepare your body, followed by advanced phrases and exercises targeting different muscle groups and movement qualities. We encourage you to have a minimum of 2 years experience in Contemporary before joining this class.
