AU26 Ballet (18+) | Advanced

An engaging and creative ballet class that will begin with barre work to warm up before building on technical exercises and then moving into the centre to work on adage, turns and allegro, before ending with a slow and gentle stretch on the floor. We encourage you to have a minimum of 2 years experience in Ballet before joining this class.
