Wildlife photographer Vincent Munier returns to the Vosges forests of eastern France, where his father Michel first taught him to watch and listen to nature. Now Vincent and Michel together are passing that same knowledge on to Vincent’s young son Simon. Rutting deer, rare lynxes, comical young owls and the elusive capercaillie fill the screen in breathtaking detail. The film was seen by over one million in French cinemas and won the Best Documentary César. The cinematography alone is worth the ticket.
