Autumn is a time of change. For gathering what we’ve grown, nourishing what we want to keep, letting go of what has run its course and making space for what comes next. MOVING THROUGH // AUTUMN is a four-part sensory immersion for women- a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and come back to yourself. Block booking £90 for all four classes: October 4th, October 18th, November 1st, November 15th Through Qigong, fascia, embodied anatomy, breath, sound, imagery and movement, we’ll slow down, move differently and notice more.
