An engaging and creative ballet class which will start with a warm up at the barre before learning the techniques and positions needed for centre work. The second half of the class moves into the centre to practice a mixture of turns and small allegro (jumping) moves, before ending with a slow and gentle stretch on the floor.

Age guidance from the venue: 18yrs+.
