Autumn Lectures: The Story of Cissbury Ring

Cissbury Ring is one of the most important archaeological sites in Britain, with a palimpsest of human activity stretching back six thousand years. This lecture will look at the Neolithic flint mining, the Iron Age hill fort, Roman occupation and beyond to the present day.
